Select the Authorized User's Name or Department |
The two "drop-down" lists below are sorted by (a) the Authorized User's last name and (b) Department. If you find the Authorized User's last name in the Name List, click on the name to select it and then click the "FIND >>" button under the Name List.
If you are not sure of the Authorized User's name, look for the Department in the Department List. You may recognize the name of the Authorized User in that list. If so, click on the Department/Name to select it, and click the "FIND >>" button under the Department List.
On the next page you'll be given the name of the Radiation Safety Laboratory Auditor for the selected Authorization.
