Welcome to the Laser Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Template Page! You can use this page to create a site-specific SOP document for your laser system that follows ANSI Z136.1 recommendations. By filling in the blanks on the form, you can put your document into a "standard format" and avoid writing a lot of "general" stuff...much of the work is done for you! Remember...on-site SOP documents are required for all Class 3b and 4 Lasers!
