DUKE RADIATION PATIENT SCHEDULING SYSTEM

Your "Duke ID Number" can be found on the back of your Duke Employee photo identification badge ("DukeCard"). On most of the newer badges, it is the number labeled "Duke Unique ID". On older badges, there is no "Duke Unique ID"; the Duke ID Number is the number located beneath the bar code. Enter this number in the first box on the preceding Log-in page. Entering leading "zeros" is optional.

If you still don't know your Duke ID Number, you can search for it.
