If you want to add an item to your inventory of "Tracked" radioactive materials, click the link labeled "Add an Item to My Tracked Inventory". This feature is useful (a) if you have old stock vials of long-lived radioactive materials that are not included in our database of "Tracked" shipments, (b) if you synthesize labeled reagents that you intend to keep and use for extended periods or (c) have sealed sources. You only need to add an item once. After that, it remains in your inventory list until you consign it to waste.
