Computer Workstation Setup

Adjusting and Setting up your Computer Workstation:
 

1. Please review and adjust your computer workstation setup based on Ergonomic Adjustments for your Computer Workstation.  
2. Once you have made the adjustments, please complete the Workplace Computer Ergonomics Assessment.
3. After submitting the online assessment in step #2, you will receive an email with specific instructions for requesting a review of your workstation assessment by Duke Ergonomics if you are still experiencing discomfort after making recommended adjustments. Please provide all the requested information and photo(s), as they are necessary for an effective review.

NOTE: If you are experiencing ongoing pain or discomfort symptoms, please contact your healthcare provider for additional assistance.
