Adjusting Your Workplace Computer Setup:
- Please review and make adjustments to your computer workstation setup based on 10 Steps to Safe Computing.
- Once you have made the adjustments, please complete the Workplace Computer Ergonomics Assessment.
- If you continue to have concerns, please contact your supervisor and/or your work area ergonomics coach for further assistance.
- If your work area does not have an ergonomics coach, please contact Duke Ergonomics to request a review of your workstation assessment. Please attach the assessment and include a photo of you working at your workstation as well as a description of the type of assistance you need.
NOTE: If you are experiencing ongoing pain or discomfort symptoms, please contact your healthcare provider for additional assistance.

- Please review and make adjustments to your computer workstation setup based on 10 Steps to Safe Computing. Refer to Remote Work Information for other tips.
- Once you have made the adjustments, please complete the Remote Working/Laptop Ergonomics Assessment.
- If you continue to have concerns, please contact your supervisor and/or your work area ergonomics coach for further assistance.
- If your work area does not have an ergonomics coach, please contact Duke Ergonomics to request a review of your workstation assessment. Please attach the assessment and include a photo of you working at your workstation as well as a description of the type of assistance you need.
