Computer Workstation Setup

Adjusting and Setting up your Computer Workstation:
 

1. Please review and adjust your computer workstation setup based on Ergonomic Adjustments for your Computer Workstation.  
2. Please view Setting Up Your Computer Workstation For Safety and Comfort. Make adjustments to your workstation as indicated. 
3. If you are still experiencing discomfort after viewing the module in Step 2 and making adjustments, you may request ergonomic assistance here. You will be required to submit a photo of yourself working at your computer, as this is necessary for an effective review.

NOTE: If you are experiencing ongoing pain or discomfort symptoms, please contact your healthcare provider for additional assistance.
